At Blackthumb, we live by the principle that to receive value, you have to deliver value. That's why 80% of the project fees for an Scorecards, Growth Diagnostics, and Analytics Projects isn't invoiced until after our findings, insights, and recommendations are conveyed.
If any client doesn’t find value in the insights and recommendations derived from the project, Blackthumb will forgo billing of the final 80%.
Beyond the initial 20% retainer, clients are only billed for directly attributable costs like data, travel, or third-party fees for which the client explicitly approves.
